What is a standing weekly order?
This is what you want to receive each week when you have your grocery order delivered. The items you only get periodically should not be included in your standing order.
How do I add items that I don't need every week?
Simply call or email us with the additional items you would like delivered that week.
What if I don't need an item that I normally get each week?
Simply call or email us by 7 PM the night before and tell us not to deliver that item(s) that week.
What if we are going on vacation and don't need a delivery that week?
Just call or email us by 7 PM the night before and let us know so we don't deliver while you are away.
Can I set up a standing order for additional items that I only want every 2, 3 or 4 weeks so I don't have to try to remember to order them?
Absolutely! We want your shopping experience to be so memorable that you don't have to remember anything about getting groceries!
What if I remember something I need at the last minute? Can you help?
We sure will try! Call us on our cellphone and ask! If we are enroute to the store or still shopping, we will make every attempt to add that forgotten item!
Do you deliver on the weekends?
Our delivery service is Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. However, our hours are very flexible.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We only accept checks due to the high costs involved with credit card processors.
Will I receive an email confirmation when I make changes to my order?
If you emailed your change or left a message on our order line, you will receive a verification email. Make sure you add our email address to your contact list so that our email is not diverted to your spam/junk folder.
